不要食用！这些色拉产品因含李斯特菌被召回！

【天维网援引NZ Herald消息，Frank编译】由于担心李斯特菌污染，在新西兰的400多家超市和零售商中出售的十多份熟食和预包装色拉被召回。

此次召回涉及来自Pams，Bush Road，Bells和Country Foods品牌一定时间段内生产的特定色拉以及未上牌（Unbranded）的色拉。South Island Fresh Foods已经召回了特定批次。

根据初级产业部新西兰食品和安全局今天发布的一份清单，Newworld，Pak'nSave，Four Square，Fresh Choice，Supervalue Night & Day和许多独立零售商都收到了这批色拉。

MPI在一份声明中说：“新西兰食品安全局（NZFS）建议公众退回或处理掉特定批次的各种即食色拉，因为它们可能含有李斯特菌。”

常规测试发现召回产品中存在李斯特菌。

什么是李斯特菌？

单核细胞增生李斯特菌细菌，更普遍地称为李斯特菌，存在于土壤和水中，当它污染人类食用的食物或饮料时，会引起严重的疾病，称为李斯特菌病。

根据MPI的数据，新西兰的疾病病例很少，但可能危及生命。

这种细菌可以在未加工的食物中找到，例如未煮过的肉和新鲜农产品，以及即食食品，例如软奶酪，肉类和熏制海鲜。

如果李斯特菌进入食品生产过程中，则可以生存数年。它可以从外部带入的任何物品进入食品加工区域，包括包装材料，人的鞋子或衣服，生食以及配料和工具。

根据MPI的说法，症状范围包括轻度感染，类似流感的症状和肠胃炎，并偶尔引起严重的血液中毒或脑膜炎。

NZFS食品合规经理Nigel Hughes表示，购买受影响产品的顾客不应食用。

他说：“李斯特菌病感染在孕妇，未出生的婴儿，新生婴儿，免疫系统较弱的人和老人等弱势群体中可能会很严重。”

“对于那些高危人群，李斯特菌病通常在症状出现之前有2至3周（或更长时间）的潜伏期。”

他说，健康的成年人可能只会经历轻度感染，从而引起轻度腹泻和类似流感的症状。

Hughes说：“如果您食用这些产品中的任何一种并对健康有任何担忧，请寻求医疗建议。”

没有已知的疾病报告，受影响产品也尚未出口。
